Last week, Manager marketing, Mr.Aqdas Rasool delivered a speech to members, for explaining the formation and dynamics, of one of his marketing team.
He commented:
Teamwork is a way of life at the flux incorporated. It is so ingrained in the work behavior of our employees that we experienced failure with suggestions box system. Maybe that promoted individualism we feel that we have not yet fully unleashed the synergistic potential of our employees in team dynamics. A lot of teamwork exists at the flux. There are problem-solving teams, self-managed work teams, management teams, quality tasks forces and periodically the whole department performs as a team, for example, to win 5S’trophy. Whenever there is some problem or some improvement target, a team is formed. These teams are highly informal and once the problem is solved or the target is achieved the team is disbanded.
He elaborated his speech by explaining the importance of teamwork for the success of any project as follows:
Group work and teams are not confined to Quality services, and even most of the service-related teams are cross-functional. For any project our team included the development engineer, the production manager, and people from finance and accounting.
